Siding & Gutters
Siding Installation & Seamless Gutters in Grand Rapids
Vinyl, fiber cement, and engineered wood siding — plus seamless aluminum gutters that actually keep water off your foundation.
Your roof, siding, and gutters work together as one system. When any piece fails, water finds its way into your home. We install and replace siding and seamless gutters together so the whole exterior sheds water the way it should — through every West Michigan snow melt, ice storm, and spring downpour.
What we do
- Vinyl siding installation and full-home replacement
- Fiber cement (James Hardie style) siding with proper rain-screen details
- Engineered wood siding, board & batten, and accent walls
- Soffit, fascia, and trim replacement to eliminate rot points
- House wrap, flashing tape, and weather-resistive barrier installation
- Seamless aluminum gutters (5" and 6") formed on-site to the exact length of your home
- Leaf-guard / gutter-guard systems to keep pine needles and leaves out
- Downspout extensions and splash blocks to move water away from the foundation
Why it matters
Siding is your home's raincoat
Cracked, warped, or loose siding lets wind-driven rain reach the sheathing underneath. Once that happens you get rot, mold, and eventually structural damage. Modern siding with proper flashing and house wrap is dramatically better than what was installed even 15 years ago.
Gutters protect the most expensive part of your home
Bad gutters send thousands of gallons of roof water directly to your foundation every year. That's how you get cracked basement walls, wet basements, and settling. Seamless gutters sized correctly for your roof pitch — with downspouts extended away from the house — are one of the cheapest, highest-ROI upgrades you can make.
Ice dams start at the gutters
In Michigan winters, clogged or undersized gutters trap snow melt that refreezes into ice dams. Ice dams push water back up under your shingles. Clean, well-sized gutters (or leaf guards) prevent the whole cycle.

Frequently asked
Can you do gutters without replacing the roof?
Yes — we install gutters as a standalone service and can also coordinate them with a roof replacement so the drip edge and gutter apron line up correctly.
What's the difference between 5" and 6" gutters?
6-inch gutters carry ~40% more water and are the right choice for steeper pitches and larger roof planes common in West Michigan. We'll size them correctly on the free inspection.
